Entry-Level Help Desk Technician 1-2 years experience, high school diploma and an eagerness to learn and grow in a challenging position. Some aptitude to work with computers. Good customer service and communications skills a must. Training provided for the right candidate. Must obtain 2009 A+ certification and/or MCP (in Windows 7) within 6 months of hire.
Junior Help Desk Technician 2-4 years experience, high school diploma. Demonstrated experience in computer repair or related field requiring technical aptitude. Good customer service and communications skills a must. Training provided for the right candidate. At a minimum, 2009 A+ certification, MCTS/MCITP, and HDI a strong plus or ready to obtain within 6 months of hire a must.
