Helping you figure our what's wrong, minor problems we'll fix at this rate. $50.00 Flat Fee

Hardware and software installations, upgrades
We will add hardware or software you request or bring your PC up-to-date. Hardware or software licenses are additional charges but through our vendors we can provide discounted pricing. $65.00 Flat Fee

Virus removal, ad-ware and spyware cleanup
Computer viruses and infections are creating way too much havoc. We are skilled at getting you cleaned up and in most cases preserving your old files, pictures and music. $75.00 Flat Fee

Major troubleshooting and repair
Got serious problems like a crashed computer system, blue screens or just quirky things happening? Not a problem for us. We'll diagnose your system, make recommendations and make repairs. Any needed hardware or software licenses are additional charges but through our vendors we can provide discounted pricing. $88.00 Flat Fee

Wireless and wired networks
To configure and secure your entire home, share files, printers and Internet connections throughout your home or even on your deck. Total fee may vary depending on the complexity of your home's layout or if additional cable installation is required. We'll quote you ahead of time. $99.00 Flat Fee
